Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Xeasy ("we", "us", "our"), operated by XEASY DROPSHIPPING INC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and commerce management platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you register for the Service, we collect the information needed to create and manage your account, such as your name, email address, company name, and password.
Store and marketplace data
When you connect a marketplace store to the Service, we collect and process the data made available to us through that marketplace within the scope of your authorization and the permissions granted to the application. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:
- Order data, including order details, statuses, and line items;
- Product data, including product, SKU, and variant information;
- Inventory data, including stock levels and inventory operations you perform;
- Shipping and logistics data, including parcels and fulfillment status;
- Store profile information and authorization status.
For TEMU stores, we access data only after you grant authorization through TEMU's official authorization flow, and only within the permissions approved for the application by the TEMU Open Platform.
Technical and usage information
We collect technical logs related to your use of the Service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, sync task logs, and diagnostic information, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- To synchronize and display marketplace data within your workspace, according to your authorization;
- To authenticate users and enforce access controls and seller data isolation;
- To communicate with you about the Service, including technical notices, updates, and support;
- To monitor and secure the Service, prevent abuse, and investigate issues;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your marketplace data.
3. Marketplace Data and Authorization
Marketplace data is processed only within the scope of the authorization you grant and the permissions approved for the application by the relevant marketplace platform. If you revoke authorization, or the marketplace withdraws permissions, we stop accessing new data from that store. Data processing for marketplace platforms is also subject to the platform developer agreements and data protection requirements that we commit to as a developer.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: we use third-party providers that support hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery, and that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Marketplace platforms: where you direct an operation (for example, a shipping confirmation or inventory update within granted permissions), the relevant data is transmitted to the marketplace platform through its official APIs.
- Legal requirements: where required by law, legal process, or governmental request, and only to the extent legally required.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided where required by law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a store, we stop synchronizing data from that store. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify your account and store data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and secure backups.
6. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of store credentials and tokens at rest, server-side access controls, seller data isolation, least-privilege access, and audit logging of sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Data Transfers
XEASY DROPSHIPPING INC is registered in the United States, and the Service's data is stored and processed in the United States. Where information is transferred to or from other regions, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. You may also manage or revoke store authorizations through the relevant marketplace platform.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Service.
